About Me

Creative Director and Owner of The Board Room ATL

In Conversation

As the Creative Director and Owner of The Board Room ATL, I specialize in curating elevated grazing experiences that are both visually stunning and thoughtfully crafted. I don’t just create charcuterie boards, I design moments. Every display is an intentional blend of premium ingredients, global inspiration, and artistic presentation that invites guests to pause, indulge, and connect.
My purpose is to foster experiences that unite people meaningfully. Food is a universal language, and I harness it to spark conversation, evoke emotion, and elevate ordinary and milestone moments into something unforgettable.
The mission of The Board Room ATL is clear and compelling: to redefine the art of grazing. We emphasize quality over convenience, artistry over assembly, and experience over price. Each board, box, and table is curated with organic, high-caliber ingredients and styled with our signature abundance, lush greenery, and layered design, producing a true “wow” factor.
What distinguishes me is that every experience is unique. I don’t work from a static menu or a generic approach. Instead, I craft bespoke designs tuned to each client, event, and vision. My clients, whom I proudly call “Board Members,” are assured of receiving something exclusive, intentional, and refined.
I deliver excellence, manage complexity, execute at scale, and maintain artistry and a personal touch.
At The Board Room ATL, we create a luxurious, thoughtful, unforgettable food experience from the moment you arrive.
The journey of The Board Room ATL began in uncertainty but quickly became purpose.
Like many entrepreneurs, I found myself navigating the unknown while working a full-time career in public health. During a period of conversations about workforce reductions and instability, I began to think seriously about ownership, sustainability, and what it would take to build something of my own.
What started as a creative outlet in my home, making charcuterie boards for family and friends, quickly gained attention. People weren’t just enjoying the food; they were drawn to the presentation, the detail, and the overall experience. That’s when I realized this wasn’t just a hobby, it was a brand in the making.
I officially launched The Board Room ATL in April 2025 with a clear vision: to elevate grazing into a luxury experience. From day one, I was intentional about not blending into the market. I focused on premium ingredients, global inspiration, and a signature aesthetic rooted in abundance and artistry.
As demand grew, so did the scale of the work. What began as small boards evolved into full-service grazing tables, luxury fruit displays, corporate activations, and curated experiences for high-profile events. Along the way, I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with notable brands, be featured in media, and serve clients who value quality, creativity, and presentation.
Today, The Board Room ATL stands as a brand rooted in experience, creativity, and intention. And while I’m proud of how far we’ve come, I truly believe this is just the beginning.
Some of my proudest moments haven’t just been about recognition, but they’ve been about realization. I realized that something I once created in my kitchen is now being requested for some of the most meaningful and high-profile moments in people’s lives. That shift alone is something I don’t take lightly.
A major highlight has been having the opportunity to curate experiences for large-scale events and notable collaborations, including partnerships with luxury brands and participation in high-profile gatherings. Moments like contributing to the Atlanta Recording Academy’s Grammy Nominations Soirée and being selected for elevated, invitation-only experiences have been full-circle reminders that we are operating in rooms we once aspired to be in.
I’ve also had the opportunity to be featured on Atlanta Live TV, which allowed me to share not just the brand but the story behind it with a broader audience. That moment was special because it connected the work to the “why” in a very real way.
But beyond the media and collaborations, some of my biggest milestones are internal. Scaling from small, intimate boards to full-service grazing tables serving hundreds of guests, building a brand that people trust for their most important moments… and creating a standard where every experience feels intentional, elevated, and unforgettable.
The proudest part for me is knowing that this brand was built with purpose, and it continues to open doors that once felt out of reach. And the most exciting part is… I know there’s so much more ahead.

To me, being Dauntless doesn’t mean living without fear; it means refusing to let fear, uncertainty, or other people’s limitations determine how far you can go. It is having the courage to remain authentic, trust God, and continue moving forward even when the path is unfamiliar…. Like I’ve had to adapt to. Very unfamiliar territories.

I practice being Dauntless by showing up with intention, leading with integrity, and being willing to pursue opportunities before I feel completely ready, which can be scary. I remind myself that courage is a daily decision. I CHOOSE to make room for myself, USE my voice, and CREATE opportunities that allow others to see what is possible for them, too.

If You Could Change One Thing About the World, What Would It Be?

If I could change one thing about the world, I would ensure that every person, regardless of where they were born, what they look like, or their socioeconomic circumstances, had equitable access to quality healthcare, education, and meaningful opportunities.

My career in public health has shown me how deeply a person’s environment and access to resources can shape the course of their life. Talent and potential exist everywhere, but opportunity does not. I would change that because when people are given the support and resources they need to thrive, the impact extends far beyond one individual. It strengthens families, transforms communities, and creates a better future for generations.

Outside of The Board Room, I’m deeply rooted in family and the people who keep me grounded. I’m a wife, and so much of what I’ve been able to build is supported by a strong foundation at home. My husband and close circle have truly been my backbone, especially during the moments when entrepreneurship required long hours, early mornings, and a lot of sacrifice.
One personal fact that surprises people is that I’ve spent over a decade working in public health, supporting large-scale initiatives, including responses to global health events like Ebola, Zika, COVID-19, and MPOX. Those experiences taught me discipline, leadership, and how to operate under pressure. Skills that I now bring into my business every single day.
I also genuinely enjoy creating, even outside of business. Whether it’s exploring farmers’ markets, sourcing unique international fruits, or discovering new flavor pairings, I’m always inspired by the beauty of food and how it brings people together.
At my core, I value experiences. I love intimate gatherings, meaningful conversations, and moments where people can slow down and just be present. That’s not only how I live my life, it’s also what I aim to create through my brand.

Principles to Live By

What is the best advice you’ve ever received, and how have you applied it to your life or business?

The best advice I’ve ever received came from my grandfather, and it’s something that has stayed with me in every season of my life: “If you can’t have a party, don’t have a party.”

At face value, it sounds simple, but its meaning is layered. For me, it’s always meant one thing: don’t do anything halfway. If you’re going to show up, show up fully. If you’re going to create, create with intention. If you’re going to build something, give it everything you have.

I’ve carried that mindset into The Board Room in a very real way. It’s the reason why I don’t believe in cutting corners or creating “just enough” experiences. Every board, every table, every detail has to feel abundant, elevated, and intentional. Because if it doesn’t create a moment… if it doesn’t feel like something worth remembering, then it’s not aligned with who we are.

That advice has also pushed me beyond my comfort zone. There have been times in business when it would have been easier to play small, scale back, or meet the bare minimum. But I’ve learned that excellence requires commitment. It requires going all in, even when it’s inconvenient or uncomfortable.

“If you can’t have a party, don’t have a party” is really about standard. It’s about choosing to operate at a level where everything you touch reflects effort, care, and intention.

And that’s how I approach not just my business…..but my life.
