For over 20 years, I have dedicated my career as a senior HR executive to helping others grow. My purpose is to coach, develop, and inspire individuals to realize their potential and lead with confidence, clarity, and impact.
Over the course of my career, I have built a meaningful journey as both a coach and mentor, grounded in more than 20 years of HR leadership experience. What began as a commitment to supporting team performance evolved into a deeper calling—guiding individuals through growth, transition, and leadership development. I have consistently invested in developing others, helping leaders strengthen their capabilities and achieve their full potential. This journey has shaped my leadership philosophy: that sustainable success is built by intentionally growing people.
I’m a certified leadership coach and have had a dual career in the legal and HR professional tracks.
To me being Dauntless means being bold enough to start again, wise enough to know my worth, courageous enough to choose myself, and relentless enough to leave every room and life I touch better than I found it. I practice being dauntless by not apologizing for my ambition and not shrinking to make others comfortable.
If I had the power to change one thing in the world it would be to abandon or shift cultural norms that make it acceptable to marginalize and/or dismiss the contributions of women of color. It’s important that they feel psychologically safe and supported to voice conflicting viewpoints for the sake of creating balanced and rational outcomes.
I enjoy traveling, reading, entertaining family/friends, and home remodeling projects.
