Service is part of my DNA. From a young age, I have always felt a deep responsibility to make a difference for others. That calling has shown up consistently throughout my life, through mentoring youth, volunteering in communities, serving on nonprofit boards, and creating spaces that uplift and empower. I have always believed that exposure changes perspective, which is why I am passionate about travel and creating opportunities for people to see beyond their immediate environment and envision more for themselves.
My purpose is rooted in intentional, results-driven service. I am committed to expanding access to opportunity, education, resources, and networks that can truly change the trajectory of people’s lives. My mission is to bridge the gap between corporations, nonprofits, and communities in a way that creates sustainable impact that lasts.
What sets me apart is my ability to move seamlessly between vision and execution. I bring a rare combination of corporate rigor, having led large-scale initiatives and multimillion-dollar programs, alongside grassroots authenticity, where relationships, trust, and lived experience matter just as much as metrics.
I do not just build programs, I build ecosystems. I do not just create partnerships, I create alignment that drives mutual value. I am deeply focused on impact that is both meaningful and measurable.
At my core, I am an orchestrator of impact, aligning people, resources, and strategy to create outcomes that are lasting and transformative.
My story is one of evolution, resilience, and alignment.
I spent over 26 years building my career at IBM, where I had the opportunity to grow across roles, lead high-impact initiatives, and ultimately serve as a Corporate Social Responsibility leader. During that time, I was responsible for driving programs and partnerships that expanded access to digital skills and economic opportunity for thousands of individuals. I learned how to navigate complex organizations, build strategic partnerships, and deliver measurable results at scale.
Alongside my corporate career, I also spent five years as an adjunct faculty instructor teaching personal finance. That experience was deeply meaningful to me because it allowed me to directly equip individuals with practical knowledge that could change their financial trajectory. It reinforced my belief that access to information, guidance, and opportunity can be life-changing when delivered in the right way.
But even while operating in corporate spaces, service was always at the center of who I am. Outside of my formal role, I consistently poured into my community through mentoring youth, volunteering, and serving on nonprofit boards. I was not just doing the work professionally, I was living it personally.
Over time, I began to recognize that my true calling was not just in managing programs, but in creating impact at a broader level. I became deeply passionate about connecting people to opportunities, helping organizations work better together, and building initiatives that could truly change lives. I also leaned into my love for travel and exposure, understanding firsthand how seeing beyond your environment can expand what you believe is possible.
In December 2025, my role was eliminated as part of a reduction in force. While unexpected, that moment became a turning point. It gave me the space to fully step into my purpose and reimagine how I wanted to lead, serve, and create impact moving forward.
Today, I am focused on leveraging everything I have learned across corporate, nonprofit, and community spaces to build and support initiatives that are intentional, scalable, and transformative. Whether through partnerships, programs, or platforms, my work is centered on creating access, aligning resources, and helping people and organizations reach their full potential.
My journey has never been linear, but it has always been purposeful. Every experience has prepared me to do this work at a higher level, with greater clarity, and with an even deeper commitment to impact.
I have been blessed to experience several moments throughout my journey that affirmed both my impact and my commitment to service. While I have been fortunate to achieve many milestones over the years, these are some of my more recent recognitions that hold special significance.
One of my proudest honors was being named 518 Social Volunteer of the Year, a recognition that reflects my long-standing dedication to community engagement and giving back. I was also awarded the President’s Gold Volunteer Service Award, which was especially meaningful as it included a letter of recognition from the White House signed by President Joe Biden. That moment was a powerful reminder that consistent service, even when done quietly, can create a ripple effect that is seen and valued at the highest levels.
Within my corporate career, I was selected as an IBM Manager Champion, an honor given to leaders who demonstrate excellence in leadership, influence, and the ability to drive meaningful change within the organization. I was also recognized with the Champion of Change award from Goodera, which highlighted my commitment to advancing volunteerism and creating impactful employee engagement experiences at scale.
In addition, I am a co-author of the Amazon bestselling book Igniting Change: The Evolution Begins with You, which reflects my passion for inspiring others to step into their purpose and lead with intention.
On a more personal level, one of my proudest milestones was purchasing my first home in my early twenties. As a young, single woman, that achievement represented discipline, vision, and the belief that I could create stability and opportunity for myself. It also became an example I could point to for other young women, showing them what is possible with focus, determination, and the right mindset.
While I am deeply grateful for these recognitions and milestones, I view them as part of a much larger journey. The true reward for me has always been the lives impacted, the opportunities created, and the ability to use my platform to uplift others.
To me, being “Dauntless” means having the courage to keep moving forward, even when the path is uncertain. I practice it by embracing change, taking risks, and stepping outside my comfort zone. I strive to lead with purpose and use my experiences to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others.
If I had the power to change one thing about the world, I would make kindness the norm for everyone. More compassion, empathy, and a willingness to help one another could positively change so much. I believe kindness is powerful because even the smallest act can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life.
At my core, I am deeply rooted in love, connection, and experiences. I have been married to my best friend for nearly 22 years, and that partnership has been one of the greatest blessings in my life. It has provided a strong foundation that supports everything I do, both personally and professionally.
Outside of my work, I truly value experiences that bring me closer to nature, family, and new perspectives. I love to travel and explore new places, especially those that allow me to connect with the beauty of the outdoors. I enjoy chasing waterfalls, hiking scenic trails, and taking in quiet moments watching hummingbirds, which always remind me to slow down and appreciate the present.
Spending quality time with my family is something I cherish deeply. Whether it is through travel, shared moments, or simply being together, those connections keep me grounded and continually inspire the work I do.

I have several heroes, but two women stand out: my mother and my mother-in-love. My mother was a brave, faith-driven, intelligent, no-nonsense, make-it-happen woman who navigated life’s challenges with incredible strength. From her, I learned resilience, and I will always admire the example she set.
