My life’s purpose has always centered around service, empowerment, and creating meaningful experiences for others. Whether through education, business, or community outreach, my goal is to uplift people in ways that leave a lasting, positive impact on their lives. My professional journey began with a passion for helping others at a young age, from creating and selling rhinestone shoes and making beaded bracelets to volunteering in underserved communities. I discovered early on that I was destined to serve with both compassion and creativity. I spent time providing care packages with my children on Skid Row in L.A., feeding unhoused individuals, and visiting Senior residents in convalescent homes to offer companionship, style their hair, and help them feel seen, valued, and beautiful.
Currently, I am a school psychologist, and my main focus is supporting high school students as they navigate both their education and personal journeys. In addition to my work in education, I’m stepping into entrepreneurship. I will be opening a family daycare and Nanny services coming soon this year.
What sets me apart from the others is that I lead with my heart and passion before profit. Because I love what I do, the money will follow. Another aspect that distinguishes me is my deep commitment to community involvement. Every year during the Christmas season, I organize a neighborhood event featuring Santa Claus arriving on a sleigh, along with elves, snow, a bounce house, arts and crafts, games, and goodie bags for the children. Creating joy for families and giving children lasting memories that reflect the spirit behind everything I do.
I strive to inspire others by showing that success is not only measured by achievements, but by the lives we touch along the way. Above all, I am grateful to GOD for guiding my path and giving me opportunities to serve others while making the world a little better, one person at a time.

I am the youngest of five sibling and watched my parents take in people when they needed help, cook when people were hungry and listened when people needed someone to talk too. I watched my older siblings help and care for others. So while on the sidelines, I was looking at the playbook of giving in real time. During my life’s journey, I have served in the Church, in the community and helped in education and families.

My Proudest moment has been having my two human beings give me the title of Mom! As for milestones, every year when I celebrate another birthday is a great milestone.

To me, being Dauntless means waking up each day with a positive mindset and an open heart, ready to embrace whatever life brings. When life gives me lemons, I choose to turn them into something sweet.

Courage means standing up for what I believe is right, even when no one is watching, and being authentic means having the courage to be myself, unapologetically.

If You Could Change One Thing About the World, What Would It Be?

If I had the power to change one thing about the world, I’d make us all more patient. We live in a world that constantly tells us everything should happen quickly: fast food, 5G internet, same-day delivery, instant messages, and even the expectation of immediate results in our careers and relationships. We have become so accustomed to speed that we sometimes forget there is value in slowing down.

Patience allows us to take our time, work things through, absorb a situation, and understand before we react. It allows us to listen more carefully, communicate with greater kindness, and give people the grace to be human. Not every disagreement needs an immediate response, not every decision needs to be rushed, and not every setback means you have failed. Sometimes, the best thing we can do is pause, respond with intention rather than emotion, and truly be present for the life we are living.

A personal favorite of mine is being around my family and friends, traveling with them, and creating new memories.
I like to handwrite letters on stationery, talk on a landline phone, go to the library and read a book, and drive down the coast with the convertible down and the sun on my face. Those things warm my soul.

Defining Success

How do you define success, personally and professionally? What has been the best — and most difficult — part of your journey?

I’ve defined success both personally and in business as something grounded in stability, growth, and trust-not just external results. In business, I measure progress through consistency and confidence over time: showing up reliably, delivering safe and supportive care for children, and earning the trust of parents and clients. The best part has been combining my educator’s mindset with my caregiving approach to create an environment where children feel comfortable, included, and genuinely cared for. The challenging part has been the transition from educator to entrepreneurship, especially building the systems, boundaries, and awareness needed to run a service while maintaining the quality of care I’m known for.
